The "Most Wanted" is a system to win rewards in PLATINUM getting the videos that have "Request Capture". If you have one of the Most Wanted videos, you can send it to get the reward. The video will be reviewed by the administration and if it is the correct video, you will receive your reward. But if you send false video, you will lose points and/or gold and the amount will be left to the discretion of the administration.
